This is a demonstration website for the GP Support brand. It has no backend, no accounts, and no analytics — this policy explains exactly what that means for your data.
What this site collects
Nothing. This site is a static web application. There is no server-side application, no database, no user accounts, and no login.
We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, session recording, or any third-party measurement script on this site.
If a page fails with a technical error, a short diagnostic message is written to your own browser’s developer console so a fault can be described if you report it. It contains no identifier and is not transmitted anywhere — it stays on your device and disappears when you close the tab.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies.
One item may be written to your browser’s sessionStorage: a flag recording that you dismissed the “install this app” prompt, so it is not shown again in the same browsing session. It contains no personal data, never leaves your device, and is cleared when you close the tab.
If your browser installs the site as a Progressive Web App, its service worker caches page and asset files locally so the site loads offline. That cache lives on your device and is removable by clearing site data.
The demo request form
The demo request form does not submit anything to us or to any third party. It validates your entries in your browser and then opens your own email application with the details pre-filled.
Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that email yourself, from your own mail account. If you close the draft, nothing is sent and nothing is retained.
If you do send it, your message reaches the mailbox shown on the page and is handled like any other email correspondence.
Please do not send sensitive information
Do not send patient-identifiable information, clinical details, health data, or any special category personal data through the contact form or by email to this site.
This is an unmonitored demonstration site. It is not a clinical system, is not covered by an NHS information governance arrangement, and must not be used to transmit patient data.
External services
None. Everything the site needs — including its web fonts — is served from gpsupport.co.uk itself.
Loading a page makes no request to any other company, so no third party learns that you visited. Earlier versions of this site loaded fonts from Google, which meant Google received your IP address; those fonts are now hosted here instead.
Your rights
Because the site stores no personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or erase.
If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, reply to the same address and ask.
